🌙 Delete your Noor account

Applies to the app "Noor: Prayer, Quran & Halal" by Caleums / Omran Alameri, on every platform.

Noor works fully in guest mode with no account, and guest use stores no account data on our servers. If you created an account, you can delete it — and all of its server data — at any time, in either of two ways.

Option 1 — directly in the app (immediate)

Open Noor and go to More → Account.
Choose Delete account & data.
Confirm. Your account and its server data are deleted.

Option 2 — by email

Email noorislamicapplication@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We action requests promptly.

What gets deleted

Deleted with your account: your name and email, your account identifier, and your synced data — prayer log, favourites, bookmarks, and settings.
Not linked to you in the first place: anonymous aggregate counters (for example daily feature-use counts) contain no user identifier, so there is nothing in them to connect to your account before or after deletion.
Kept where the law or the store requires it: purchase records live with Apple / Google and our subscription processor as required for billing; we hold no card details.

Data on your own device (downloads, local settings) is removed by uninstalling the app.
